The Kenzi featured in Boston Globe

August 2024 – We were excited to see Nuestra partner POAH (Preservation of Affordable Housing) and their affordable senior housing development The Kenzi at Bartlett Station featured as a Boston Globe front-page article about fossil-fuel-free buildings in Boston. POAH is anticipating a LEED Platinum certificate for this Passive House construction, which will surpass the initial target of LEED Gold.
