October 2023 — We’re delighted to welcome Anne Conway as Nuestra’s new Deputy Director of Real Estate. Anne began working with our sister organization, OppCo, last year and has been leading Nuestra’s Consolidation II project as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to OppCo, she worked with the City of Boston, where her passion for creating affordable housing was fostered.
Anne believes housing is a human right and supports a housing-first approach. Her experience includes underwriting and managing a diverse portfolio of affordable housing projects, and her systems skills will bring increased efficiency to task management of Nuestra’s growing real estate development portfolio. Anne is currently in her third year of law school and holds a B.A. in Political Science and a Master's of Public Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
