October 2023 — Nuestra was recently awarded a $10,000 grant from Santander Bank to help expand its Resident Services program in Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, and surrounding communities.
Earlier this year, Nuestra transitioned management of our Resident Services to the Connected Communities program at WinnCompanies, which has been Nuestra’s property management partner since 2004. The grant from Santander Bank will allow Nuestra and Connected Communities to expand our team of Community Coordinators and implement new systems for tenant outreach and support, data management, and collaboration with property management.
