Nuestra has developed over 900 affordable rental homes and nearly 200 affordable homeownership opportunities in the past 40+ years. Our work assures that all Bostonians can enjoy the economic growth and prosperity of our city.

From community meetings to block parties and volunteer clean-street days, Nuestra residents are actively engaged in ensuring a welcoming and safe neighborhood for all. 

Nuestra builds pride of place by supporting local culture, employing local contractors and workers, sustaining local businesses, and creating home ownership —anchoring Black, Latino, and immigrant communities in Roxbury, Dorchester, and Mattapan.
