We strive to build a sense of community in Nuestra-owned housing properties by forming long-term, individualized relationships with our residents. These relationships are fundamental in our efforts to achieve our mission of enhancing the social well-being of our residents and the broader community. The role of Nuestra’s Resident Service Coordinators is to provide residents living in our residential portfolio the support they need to lead safe and healthy lives. Our Resident Service Coordinators:

We also have housing specifically for grandparents raising grandchildren and foster families. Our GrandFamilies House is the first supportive housing development in the country primarily serving grandparents raising their grandchildren. The adjacent property, Boston's Hope, houses formerly homeless adults and foster families who can also take advantage of our on-site programs and services.
To keep residents updated on all of Nuestra’s programs, events and milestones, we publish a quarterly newsletter. Our resident newsletter provides valuable information about upcoming opportunities, and ways to become involved in the broader community.
