On Friday, October 15, Nuestra finalized the purchase of the Bartlett Yard site in Roxbury. Bartlett Yard, a currently empty, 8.5 acre bus maintenance lot two blocks from Dudley Square, will become Nuestra's largest community development project. Over the next five years, the site will be transformed into more than 300 units of housing and commercial space. Consistent with Nuestra's mission, Bartlett Yard will become a vibrant landmark that is directly inspired by the vision of our community members.
