OUR MISSION: NCV seeks to help small-scale food entrepreneurs succeed by providing a low-cost, shared-use kitchen facility in order to create business opportunities, employment, and multicultural economic activity throughout Boston’s neighborhoods.
Getting Started
Whether you are interested in starting a catering, specialty food, or mobile food vending business, NCV staff can walk you through the process. Call (617) 522-7900 to register for an information session that will introduce you to NCV and the steps for starting a business.
After the session, we can meet with you to discuss your venture further. At the meeting you can review your business ideas with us and learn how to use NCV as your business's base of operations. Together we will determine the best next steps for pursuing your venture and help guide you through the process of obtaining the necessary food business permits and licenses.
