Nuestra's First-Time Homebuyers' Course is a series of classes ($20 per person) that educate you on the fundamentals of buying a home. Are you wondering if, when and how to buy a home you can afford? This course will answer those questions. You'll learn about homeownership vs. renting, getting a mortgage, and down payments, and you'll meet representatives from banks and real estate agencies who will teach you the ins and outs of the homebuying process. And if you successfully complete each session in the series, you'll qualify for a certificate that will help you get homebuyers' loans and down payment assistance!
