We believe that empowering communities requires individualized programming to impart the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. To that end, we provide guidance, financing, and incubation space for local entrepreneurs from the communities we serve. We also provide a longstanding and successful home ownership program that combines education with lending. Lastly, Nuestra Comunidad offers lower-income local residents access to education, training, legal representation, housing placement services, and other opportunities. In our experience, this holistic approach to community development truly empowers individuals and communities and complements our affordable housing development and renovation work.
